"When we arrived, the staff attended to us very quickly and efficiently and were very welcoming. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is delicious and all the hotel and spa staff were pleasant. The room i believe got upgraded from the one we booked previously and overall would recommend the place so already booked the next trip to go back!!!"

"Nice hotel in a great location, room was up to date and generally quite clean, we did have an issue with noise but the staff were keen to sort this out for us, if passing through the area again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay. "

"It was the ease of getting to the Arena to see Lionel Ritchie. Parking although we were in the overflow car park, was cheaper and also better than Arena parking. Breakfast was really good choice and staff kept replenishing it all the time. Option to make a brew in your room wouldve been good though."
