"A group of 7 women visiting London during a hot as hell week. Wesley was very communicative prior to our check in and during. The AC worked well but Wesley delivered fans to help keep the hot flashes at bay and when we blew a fuse he immediately responded and resolved the issue despite the late hour. "The description of this unit was completely inadequate to what it was. It is an attic loft. Steep ladder from entry/bathroom level to one living space which is the attic of the building. It is a single area, there is not a bedroom and an additional living room as stated on VRBO description. One can only stand upright in the center of floor, move right or left and you hit head and have to bend over. Sleeping area is same. We crawled on our hands and knees.
