Great staff, really friendly and helpful. It was cold in the main lobby, but the rooms were nice and warm. They were also clean and well-presented. Evening food was nice and they had a good selection of drinks available at the bar.

Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

Hotel public areas well laid out with nice comfortable seating, check in was prompt and easy. Room was well laid out, lovely spacious bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. Comfortable L shape sofa and a large tv and you can plug in your firestick if you want to watch your favourite tv shows. Bed was amazingly comfortable I had two fantastic sleeps didn’t awaken like I’d normally do. Across from hotel is Blackpool north train station which is where I arrived. Also there’s a large Sainsbury’s...

What a find ! This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at . The welcome was warm and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Our breakfast was delicious and we loved how different times were available. The hotel offered an earlier check in time than many others and check out is 12 o clock which means on a weekend away you can manage a lie in and a long leisurely breakfast which was just what we needed . Thank you so much , we would definitely recommend you and will come back again some...
