"Room was clean and tidied each day, with tea and biscuits replaced. Breakfast was outstanding! Staff were helpful and friendly and it was good value for money. Worth a stay if visiting Beer."

"Nice hotel with big rooms but poor lighting to do make up and nowhere in the bathroom to put down a wash bag or make up bag … glass shelf too narrow! Exquisite food. Thank you"

"Late online-booking led to some issues with the location end parking nearby. Which was professionally and friendly solved by the staff. The room was rather small for two. Though the bathroom was OK and clean. The hotel has an historical flair and still many original features. Breakfast was plenty een very good. We stayed for one night."

"Great to have access to the pool. Really could have done with a fridge in the room when travelling with a toddler. Staff helpful though especially the girls on reception."

"I have to say the staff were yet again amazing! Danielle and Callum were outstanding helping me when I turned up late and when I had to change rooms! The only thing that let the place down this time was the maintenance staff who did not fix my tv when I complained that it turned off every 10mins! Which was most frustrating"
