Staff really welcoming, spacious room and rich breakfast

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Champoluc.A beautiful place in the centre of town very close to the lifts. The staff are really friendly and helpful providing lovely food at reasonable prices. The rooms are recently renovated and spotlessly clean with amazing showers.

This is my fifth time staying at the hotel. As good as usual and always happy to return for a holiday. Thanks Jarno

Great stay at the hotel Al Piolet, loved the furnishings and staff makes sure you had a great holiday. Rooms are not the biggest but nicely decorated and comfortable for 2 people stay.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Food and drinks excellent. Equipment hire in sight a bonus.

I have seen other reviewers describe this hotel as being similar to The Grand Budapest Hotel from the movie of the same name. Make no mistake, it is the hotel from its hay day, not when it was in decline. We have stayed in a lot of historic properties over the years, but the updating of this property has been fantastic. Comfortable hotel in the foothills of the Alps.

Loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! The shuttle service from the train station was so helpful when we arrived (messaged beforehand). We also loved the breakfast and sauna.

A high end hotel with space to spread out in the public areas but also many good size rooms with balconies if you want privacy. You sometimes need to search out staff with questions or to get help but once you do then nothing is too much trouble. Location is excellent next to the Matterhorn Express and 5-10 minutes walk to the Sunnega Funicular (or you can catch the free shuttle bus if you have a lift pass). Breakfast is very good and there are complementary sweet and savoury snacks laid on...

We really enjoined our stay at this property. The personnel is very nice, rooms very clean and conformable and breakfast is great. Just 7 minutes walk to Matterhorn-Express, the hotel is very central but quiet at the same time.
