"The hotel was very traditional, but clean. Staff were so friendly & professional. Room a deluxe family room was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, lovely large modern bathroom. Only negative was at breakfast the hot food was not replenished quickly enough, as there were a lot of items which had run out. The staff were lovely so I am sure that this is something that can be addressed quickly enough. "

"The hotel itself is lovely. Sadly the dining room and bar are closed but the hotel side is open for business! Clean rooms, comfy bed and delightful host. "Really enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was comfortable. Rooms were clean and warm. Staff were lovely and so helpful. We had a baby with us and Derek, the owner, kindly gave us another room as there was not a lot of space in the room to accomodate our portable cot. The food in the pub was really good too. Didn’t have the breakfast as we were visiting family but we enjoyed the evening meals there. Would highly recommend. "
