"I’ve stayed there 3 times. It’s a great location close to the tube and a small mall. The only thing I wish it had would be a fridge in the room."

"The only thing I did not like were the cleaning staff in the morning. They would let the doors slam shut while going in and out to clean, multiple and multiple times. Not just one time per room It’s hard when you get in late the night before and jet lag and need to sleep in a bit"

"Checked in at 2:50pm and given a room on the second floor. The room was clean and the TV worked well but doesn’t have many channels. The WiFi works well. A didnt like the fact the shower over the bath and the shower has poor water pressure. The air cooling system worked as not so hot outside in October The location is poor and very noisy and sadly the Tesco has closed near the hotel. There is a bus stop outside the hotel which is good. Overall it’s not bad value for money."

"This is a solid, very nice mid-tier hotel. Nothing fancy but great for an affordable stay. Its location is excellent, right next to a major underground stop. The only disappointment was the restaurants: breakfast buffet - decent not more; Hell’s Kitchen - well presented, but pricey and not very flavorful, and Lirica - below average in many ways. Bar was terrific however! So best to go elsewhere for dinners."

"Make sure that get the option that includes breakfast. The spread of food is very good with lots of servers. The Spa is includes so a steam and sauna are available and so is the hot tub pool"

"The staff at this place went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I wanted to give my kids an old fashioned bed & breakfast experience, and this place didn’t disappoint. Paddington Station very close, lots of food choices nearby. We even discovered St. Mary’s Hospital there, where penicillin was discovered. (There was a small museum there about it too). Only downside was there was only one electrical outlet we could find in the room, and no mirror near it, so drying my hair was a bit tricky, but they were kind enough to let me borrow a hairdryer for our whole stay. The communal bathrooms definitely get busy in the mornings, but they have quite a few. Thank you :)"
