The hotel includes a beautiful garden and sitting rooms for relaxing, plus tea with cakes in the afternoon. They serviced our laundry within a couple of hours and the rate was fair. Excellent location next to the train station and the walking / shopping streets as well as the hike from Courmayeur to Refugio Bonatti. Thoroughly enjoyed being here."

"Mostly wonderful experience in a beautiful hotel with amazing views. There were a couple dead flies on the floor in our room which was the only disappointing thing. The other thing that was extremely disappointing was our dinner reservations seating (which we made a month in advance). We had a 7pm reservation right when they opened. They have PLENTY of seating with views of Lake Geneva which we wanted for our final night of our anniversary trip. We got there, and were placed in the interior against a wall so I couldn't even see the view at all. My husband could partially see it. I didn't ask to be moved because I'm not typically that type of person, but I was sorely disappinted and confused as to why they did that with as many open tables with a view they had, and when I had booked a month in advance. Nevertheless, we had an enjoyable stay despite our last dinner ambience being ruined. Our server was fantastic."

"Have used this hotel in the past - I think about 6 other visits; it's our 'go-to' Chamonix hotel. Very clean, lovely helpful staff. Quaint style with well appointed rooms. Close to restaurants and shops and short walk to the bus stop. Can walk to the cable car station for the Brevent. It has other amenities that we have not yet tried like the spa and hot tub, restaurant (always have been too much on the go to hike). We will be back"
