Spacious apartment suitable for a longer stay. Negative points: there is no visible staff in the hotel. Communication about how to enter the hotel and room was sent from an email I did not recognize that invited to click on a link. No communication through the Hotels app. I was never given a transport card (in Geneva hotel guests get free public transportation ) adding extra cost to my stay. E-mails remained unanswered. The room was never cleaned during my stay.

"Our room was dirty when we checked in and the fold out bed was broken, we asked for it to get fixed and the maintenance staff said it needed to be “welded”.. we asked about swapping rooms and they did not allow us to and half our group couldn’t sleep due to discomfort of bed.
