Park Hyatt Zurich is my home away home in Zurich a perfect business hotel. As a frequent traveller I found this hotel as a perfect one for the business and none business travelers. Gorgeous hotel close to the centre. Clean, hot shower and lovely room with a view of the lake. Could not have asked for better service, especially Victoria who was so generous with both her time and knowledge. Recommendations were excellent! Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Quite a place! Stayed in the Jagdschloss (surprise upgrade - Thank you!). Stunning views over the lake to the mountains. Gorgeous spot and lovely rooms. Ate at the restaurant which is run by the hotel - excellent food and a good atmosphere.

Hotel is nestled between the trees on the mountain side overlooking Lucerne. I've stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and Chateau Guetsch is up there with the best. Views from our balcony were stunning and the Hotel it's self was fabulous. I would use this Hotel again if visiting Lucerne in the future.
