"Cute little apartment in close proximity to where we needed to be. The mop & bucket were left in the kitchen, there were no trash bags, no central air, no hand towels and the upstairs people were loud running back and forth at all times of the night. The beds were comfortable, the shower was good and all the appliances worked. Need more outlets in the kitchen. "

I understand that this was a budget-friendly rental, and I didn’t expect perfection, but I was a little disappointed by a few cleanliness issues.When we arrived, the bathroom trash hadn't been taken out, the dishes hadn't been cleaned, there were items left in the dryer, the back area seemed messy, and we even came across a decent-sized roach. "Beautiful place and neighborhood. Only draw back is parking can be tricky and a bit of a walk. Home is excellent and great communication with the host and needs. Short commute to balboa park and beaches. "

"Amazing location to be in the uptown areas of hillcrest/univ heights/north park. The open concept with the garage door is nice and having laundry on site is convenient as well. The hosts were very friendly and communicative. Only issue was the walls are a bit thin and the tenants in the other units didn't seem to care that the front entrance door slams pretty loud. "

"The perfect place for our stay. We were in San Diego for Memorial Day weekend to attend the ceremony at Miramar in memory of my son. Adam was always quick to respond to my inquiries and made our stay so easy. The apartment is clean, well supplied, comfortable and in a great location. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Would definitely choose to stay here again."
