We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Los Lagos Spa & Resort! From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by beautiful scenery and a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The highlight for us was definitely the hot springs. They were amazing! There’s something so special about relaxing in the naturally warm thermal waters, surrounded by such beautiful surroundings. Absolutely amazing setting to this property. We felt like we were in the middle of the rainforest but with convenient access also to the pool & hot springs. The food was good too. Being so far out of town was not a problem without a car as all the tour services came to collect us from the hotel.

Excellent hotel but only had a one night stop over. Had everything we needed

Simply wonderful. The staff were warm and so hospitable and went out of their way to learn our names. The personal touch made a huge difference. It’s a lovely charming and authentic place and I wish we could have stayed for a further week!

The hotel is nice and clean . The rooms are big and comfortable . It is great hotel for family with kids . A little bit far from the centre but the restaurant in the hotel is good . We only stay one night there so my review is based on one night only.

The property is superb, the pictures doesn’t do it justice as we were expecting a standard stay but what we got was an amazing property, clean rooms and great AC, clean and friendly staff. Great tasting breakfast and options (would have liked to have seen a bit more vegetarian options) Was blown away by our stay here and location is 4/5 min drive from main road where all the restaurants and bars are
