The resort was spotless and the staff were always pleasant and willing to help with anything you needed. The food at the buffet as well as the restaurants was great. Rossi at the casino bar was amazingly nice and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again.

I didn’t like the fact that the WiFi was down soon as I got there and basically was like that for the rest of my stay me and my son wasn’t able to use our phones no tv nothing then they don’t compensate nothing just say I know I’m sorry and I Spent a lot of money on that trip

The beach and area around the hotel is gorgeous. Manglar next door was amazing for dinner but the Mexican in the hotel and pool food was perfect! Casino is pretty and quaint, u can walk to Jaco town but transportation is so easy! Clean room nice people. Enjoyed it
