I’m frequent traveller where I spend much time in hotel stays, and this hotel is one of those I will definitely go back to again Service, location and the help of staff is amazing

My wife and I have stayed in this hotel several times over the years and after 5 years or so we find it unchanged in the positive sense. Very accommodating staff, and all the services very accessible. We stayed on the 18th floor which has access to the upstairs lounge. All very nice.

In a nice part of town and within walking distance of upmarket restaurants and a large mall. Staff were very friendly but not as proactive with regards to sorting out luggage transfer and suggesting locations for dinner

We stayed here for two nights but arrived late on our first night owing to our flight's arrival time and left very early in the morning due to our flight's departure time! But... This hotel was very well located in a safe neighborhood (IMO). Walking distance to restaurants and the Costanera Center. The hotel itself was very well priced and we got a huge suite for our stay. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. We would have happily stayed longer and would definitely consider this...

We stayed here 2 times (before and after a side trip to Rapa Nui / Easter Island) and were able to leave excess luggage with the hotel while we were travelling between the 1st and 2nd hotel stays. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet - we booked a Suite - and we ate breakfast outside the hotel. The area around the hotel felt safe and quiet, and the MUT (Mercado Urbana Tobalaba) is walkable and includes a great food court in the basement.

Really nice place. Excelent location, near shops, banks, public transport. Quiet building and surroundings. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, good food, would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Santiago! This hotel is located right next to a super market and shopping mall with some very high class shops located at the top floor of this mall.

Very comfy beds, helpful staff, good breakfast. Nice place to stay. It would be really good if there were tea/coffee making facility in the room.

I was visiting from the UK and I definitely chose the right hotel. Really helpful staff and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was a real choice of cereals, ham, cheese, juices, coffee and fruit. A real selection. I also had a meal one night and excellent in every way. Well done. NH Collection Plaza Santiago.

Great room and friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, large and clean rooms. Only thing missing for me is a desk in the room.
