The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful, so hospitable. The property is gorgeous, everything is beautiful and thoughtfully arranged. It was such a comfortable and authentic stay. They also went above and beyond for my daughter's 21st birthday with a surprise when we arrived. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Chile someday.

Explore the city of Concepción, which sits on the Bío Bío River and is dotted with historical relics from clashes between the Spanish and the Mapuche.
