Super comfortable bed (way better than Leela Palace), very quiet, great pool, surrounded by beautiful trees (hard to believe in the centre of a bustling city) and spotless spa. Good enough breakfast (but not great compared to other five stars in Chennai, with more limited hot food choice and very cramped at the serving area). Fresh omlette was nice and coffee good. Nice foyer and terrific check-in staff (all staff were great, at spa / pool also). Facilitated a late check-out, as we were very delayed on arrival, without hesitation. Much appreciated.
