"Staff were friendly and helpful. Did my laundry within one day. The breakfast and dinner were good. Kettle and tea in the room was very welcome. It was a good location for me as I wanted somewhere near the metro. The internet was a bit patchy, mostly dropped out after connecting. Lots of hot water. Good fan and À/C"
"I have booked through Expedia, when I reach there, they said that no reservation. And gave a room which is not clean!!! Staff don’t know Tamil and English. Only Hindi speaking. We checked three rooms, there are bed bugs and cockroach. Very bad smell in the washroom. We reached there around 9pm, we had to stay that night and left. Wouldn’t recommend!!! "

This is the worst hotel I have ever like in. It is on a very busy road so the noise from the traffic is deafening. It is also next to a mosque so you get early morning wake up calls.
The hotel itself is very badly managed. The staff and managers are extremely rude. Some of the rooms have no windows and feels like a jail. The bedding was very dirty and they wouldn’t change it even asking numerous times. It truely is a tremble place to stay.
