"Staff were friendly, check in at 1:00 am was fine. Easy to walk to from Terminal 1. Our booking was for a Superior Deluxe King. The bed was comfortable but not a king size, rather it was a queen."

"Our trip was just what we needed. Friendly staff, great room beautiful place! The only thing was the food. We thought it was just ok. I’ve been to Cancun many times usually at the Westin or a nice place in Riviera Maya or near Isla anyway, the food was lacking a bit. Just not as great as you can get out - and I’m talking basics like tacos carne asada - their tamales at breakfast were quite dry. But the hotel was fabulous as was everyone we encountered!"
