"Absolutely no problem with this hotel. Excellent location for us. Clean room, good beds, and plenty of choice for breakfast. Would quite happily stay again."

"My two daughters and I were informed by reception the night before that breakfast would start at a certain time. However, when we arrived the next morning, we were told by the lady behind the bar that because it was a bank holiday, breakfast would open an hour later. While we understood the change, the staff member was very rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional in the way she spoke to us. When we said we would report the matter, she replied, “I don’t care.” I later reported this to reception, where both staff members were very apologetic and understanding."

Food inventive and freshly cooked , much better than your average hotel, a real menu, for breakfast, lunch and dinner full of interesting choices - well done chef! "The hotel is located in the centre of Norwich next to the cathedral, everything is in walking distance. Our suite was located on the top floor via a small spiral staircase, ok for us but anyone with mobility issues would find it difficult. Bed and bathroom were comfortable with everything that we needed. The breakfast was varied with a lot to choose from but things were running out towards the end of service one day. The bar area was nice and service was great. Overall no complaints. "
