You were completely booked an i had assumed an inhouse conference, breakfast was a disaster by 8am when we went to eat, everything was completely empty and no sign of anyone to replenish the breakfast items including the forks!:[ i get the help issues but come on!

Everything was great, but they suddenly closed the pool! I selected this hotel specifically for the pool so my grandchildren could swim. While it might have been unavoidable, maybe some preventative maintenance could have fixed the problem before ALL kids were on winter break.

We found that the property was well kept, clean and the staff was friendly as well as courteous. Easy drive to walmart,restaurants and other shopping needs.

Last-Minute Stop
We were traveling from Massachusetts back home to the Finger Lakes region of New York, and the Interstate became impassable due to snow. My son found this hotel and booked last-minute. The facility is clean, updated and the room was cozy. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. In fact, this was a nicer hotel than some on our planned trip!
