Grand Hotel Europa Palace

"The room was fantastic with an amazing Oceanside view! We got lucky with a firework show coming from the ocean side and we were front and center! The staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating allowing us to store our luggage early at check in and after checkout so we could attend our limoncello tasting without hauling luggage. We had a great time and was really close to the shopping district area"

"Very friendly and helpful staff left me beautiful flowers and a lovely note. Pool was a godsend as was very hot. Be prepared to do lots of walking up and down steps but worth it. Food was great, room was clean. Had a wonderful time. X"

"We had a really nice time staying at this hotel. The pool is lovely (quite deep). The rooms are nice but basic. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were great especially the two guys at breakfast. The roof top bar was a really nice addition as well. I felt that asking €15 a night for a cot was excessive."

"We are first time in Sorrento and I chose the Best location and Hotel! Hotel Capri is beautiful hotel , friendly staffs and delicious Grande buffet Breakfast! Adult only hotel that close to everywhere! We are at the busiest street Corso italia . The room beautiful , the AC is cold ( we are here on hot summer day ) We joined the tours that the meeting point only few blocks away from the hotel. My favorite is Buffet breakfast at the hotel , the Manager Teresa Lauro very helpful and pay attention to the details of customer's needs! Highly recommended if you ever plan to visit Sorrento , Choose Hotel Capri ."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel with our family! It’s a beautiful property with wonderful, friendly staff. The pools are absolutely fantastic, with breathtaking views of Sorrento and the surrounding area. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this hotel! ❤️"
