The outdoor seating area was great as an extension of the room. The location was perfect for getting around Pompeii and the main train stations just a ten minute walk away. The additional tea and coffee area for the guests was a nice touch. Great little place literally across the street from Pompeii archeological park. Great Italian restaurant 1 minute away and a large supermarket nearby. Pompeii town square is a short walk as well. Clean, simple rooms, a nice little breakfast, cold a/c. Note, booking email says to call a number with arrival time, but no one ever answered. We were a little worried, but the lady was there and no problems checking in.
