"Very clean and elegant. Excellent staff, very friendly and eager to accommodate. Breakfast was great, with traditional and healthy options (bacon & eggs, yogurt & Granola, fresh juices, etc).
Rooms were clean and beautifully designed, with exposed brick exterior and high ceilings. Shower was amazing with high pressure. The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of everything.
I would certainly visit again. "

"The check in process was easy with WhatsApp communication since we were arriving after hours. The building is beautiful and the room was clean and well equipped. Lots of closet space. Beds comfortable. There was no housekeeping everyday only every two days on request. But they gave us extra towels. Location is great, 20 minutes away from center of town. On the other side of the river. Close to restaurants and pizzazz Michelangelo.
Quiet in the night. We had a great view of the Duomo from our windows. "

"From the outside this 4 star hotel does not look like what it is, a very nice and comfortable hotel.
Friendly people at the reception.
But, this hotel might have the best breakfast in Florence! Everything is handmade, none of the cheap crap in plastic you find many places in Italy.
And the quality of what you get us amazing! And the staff are so dedicated. Highly recommended.

Odada buzdolabı yok bilginiz olsun. Tek eksik olarak prizleri söyleyebilirim, bize mi öyle denk geldi bilmiyorum ancak ikili odada kaldık ve yatağın yakınında priz yoktu mecbur banyoya takmak zorunda kaldık ekstra cihazı. Onun dışında tavsiye ederim her şey süperdi kısa zamanlı kalmak isterseniz tam fiyat performans bir yer, 5.yıldızlı bir deneyim beklemeyin."

"Wonderful, clean room with a balcony! Flexible checkin and checkout time. Perks mentioned in other reviews were all included, including one complimentary apertivo & 45 minutes in their small spa area. The spa was the only disappointment as the chemicals were so strong they burned our eyes and made us cough. But the spa is really not necessary to have a great stay.
The breakfast was delicious with lots of options! The minibar with juices, water, snacks, coffee & teas refilled each day was a nice little extra."
