"When we checked into the room there was water all over the floor from a leaky air conditioner. The bathe towel in the room was dry rotted. Would not recommend. The hotel requires repair. "

"Expedia booked us a room they didn't have available. The hotel contacted us and offered us their last room which was a down grade but we were happy. Then the hotel contacted us again because Expedia canceled our reservation. The hotel was great about taking care of everything and held our reservation and excepted payment when we arrived. It was such a special place . Very old building with original brick floors and walls. Every area was a surprise with art work, sculptures, antique furniture and live parrots and plants. I would definitely go back but will not be useing Expedia. "

"It was a really nice room, but the bed frame was broken in the middle. So the whole beg sagged down in the middle. I didn't notice until bed time, it was to late by then. Very uncomfortable. "

"The location was perfect. It is walking distance to Restaurants, shopping and others. The customer service is excellent. The place doesn’t have an elevator but they sent someone to help us with our suitcases down the stairs. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to PR."

"We booked an ocean view balcony premiere room but was placed in a garden view room because we arrived a day late due to flight delays/weather, then we had no hot water for showering until we were placed in the original room we booked a day later, they did give us credit for good and beverages and a night free but are still waiting for the refund…. The property is spectacular and staff polite. "
