"It's such a beautiful hotel! We love the decor and the hominess. Rooms aren't big but big enough to relax in after a day of exploring the beautiful Old San Juan area. It's close to so much shopping and great places to eat and have a drink or two. Highly recommend! We'll definitely be back♥️"

"We really enjoyed our stay, we thought the staff was excellent! I did have to carry 90 pounds worth of luggage up four sets of stairs and it was quite a workout. I would just recommend to be aware that the hotel does not have an elevator system and you will have to carry luggage upstairs."

"My stay has been horrible. The room is filthy to include feces staining on the sheets, linen was never changed, floor is dirty, mirrors are dirty, clumps of hair in shower dish, and the worst of it all is that you have an air conditioner leaking down a wall causing a puddle to form that travels the whole room that has to be mopped up with a towel. Also, as I write this at 4am I needed to move the bed over as the air conditioner was dripping in my face. Unless I get a full refund, I’ll never recommend this location ever. "
