It features a living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and a balcony with a spectacular view of Cartagena's beach and the walled city center on the far right. Perfect for a couple's vacation or a business trip. The apartment is suitable for 1-4 people maximum. There are two single beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. We look forward to welcoming you! It is one of the most beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located buildings and apartments in Cartagena. You would love to stay here! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Washing machine inside the apartment, no dryer. When you register, you will be given a handle that you must use during your stay. It is a way for the building to know who is staying in the apartment. You can enter the pool and gym on the S floor and the apartment. They also have access to a parking lot. We have staff to help you with everything you need during your stay. The Bocagrande area contains most of the tourist facilities in the city, such as hotels, shops, restaurants, nightclubs, and art galleries. It is located between Cartagena Bay to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west. Bocagrande has large beaches and diverse commercial activity along San Martín Avenue. Transportation is easy to find in this part of Cartagena. Bocagrande is one of the most exclusive sectors of Cartagena. In Bocagrande, there is a large number of excellent restaurants, hotels, shops, and it is also only a 10-minute taxi ride from "La Amurallada" or the city center. They will put a handle on you when you arrive and you must avoid losing it. If they lose it, they must pay $20,000 pesos for each lost handle. Only people registered on the reservation can enter the building. To register a person you must send me the name 24 hours before your arrival.
