We've dubbed our Condo "Chillaxing" stemming from the feeling of chilling on the front deck relaxing with a cold drink in hand oceanfront. This condo has been fully renovated that includes spacious living quarters and has enough room for 7 people. Each of the 2 bedrooms has been decorated with comfort and class in mind. Each bedroom has a deck, with the master facing the ocean and the guest bedroom deck having a view of the canal. The condo features flat screen TVs in each room (Netflix included), and newly updated appliances and hardwoods throughout.

Not only will you be beach front but for those times when its just too warm to be on the beach you can cool off in the pool.

The Carolina Beach boardwalk is only a few minutes walk away yet far enough that the only sounds you hear at night are the ocean waves.

If you enjoy music there are restaurant/bars with live music within walking distance.

So come Chillax at our place!

The property was well kept and is an older style beach condo with good updates. The beds were great and communication with the owner went well. The only problem we encountered was the TV's in the bedroom.

Loved the property. My only complaint would be that if you stay during the busy season is the parking. You might have to move your car or ask someone to move theirs because 3 cars park in a slip.

Perfect location for a girls weekend. Nice deck overlooking the pool and ocean. Walking distance to restaurant and famous Britt’s Donuts. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great from start to finish. Very clean, great location, etc. Parking can be tough in a larger vehicle and the planned Map is not as easy as they make it seem. Everyone is accommodating throughout.

We flew in during a tropical storm and were unable to physically access our unit. The police had closed the bridge due to terrible flooding. Jorge was very communicative and rebated our cost when we realized we would not be able to access the property or the beach/boardwalk. He was a pleasure to deal with and we definitely would book with him again!

We had a great time for our family vacation! I appreciated the easy communication with emails prior to stay that gave us the parking and check-in info ahead of time, and host was quick to respond to questions. The property was as pictured and clean on our arrival. I loved the large porch and the sunrise was just breathtaking to see from our view! Our kids LOVED the "upgraded" bunk beds (ha!) and all the beds were very comfortable! Location was great! Right next to beach access made it so easy to get 3 littles and all the beach gear set up, and if we did forget anything we could just pop back up to the condo! Several restaurants very quick walk, and boardwalk was quick walk and lots of entertainment for all ages. We also enjoyed the aquarium, battleship in Wilmington, and ferry. Would love to stay again!

OUR PLACE WAS NICE, AS IT WAS DESCRIBED. BUT WE HAD A MAJOR PROBLEM, THE PEOPLE ABOVE US HAD A TWO YEAR OLD. THEY LET THIS CHILD RUN BACK & FORTH ACROSS THE FLOOR. THIS WENT ON FROM 7 AM TO 9PM. WE TRIED TO TALK TO NICELY ASKING TO STOP. WE CALLED OUR OWNER WHO TRIED TO CONTACT THEIR MANGER FOR HELP, NONE GIVEN. WE LEFT A DAY EARLY.

My sisters and I have never stayed this close to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk before so the location of this condo really worked for us. The first thing I noticed was there was plenty of room under the units to park my car. I could get in and out with ease and no damages! The view of the beach and the access to the beach were idea. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had no issues and the owner stayed in touch with me and was on top of everything!

The location is perfect and the place is very nicely decorated and kept. I gave it 4 stars only because there were a few minor things during our stay that were inconvenient. The pool was out of commission and being worked on, so not being able to use the pool and the noise from construction was unfortunate. We also had a hard time checking in because the emails weren’t working but owner was very attentive and took care of it quickly. Other than that, it was perfectly located and ideal for what we were looking for. We will likely be back in the future.

Great Location, Wonderful Host! Pros: Location! Spacious! Porch! The view! The pool! the additional pull out sleepers in the living room. Clean! Very short walk to beach. Supplied linens and bath towels/wash rags. Nicely stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. Cons: not many. The Parking is terrible . There are plenty of spaces , however. 3 cars to a bay means someone is always blocked in. We were out 3 different times and called to move our vehicle. Makes it frustrating and hard to enjoy the area when u are afraid to go far because of this. I feel had someone mentioned this in a review , i probably would have done a different rental. We had a great week in spite of it. But would have liked to be made aware of that aspect. If you are traveling with only one vehicle, by all means, this place has it all and is perfect! The host was wonderful and did check in with us. The porch is great but would definitely benefit with a tall table and chairs for outside dining. Overall it is a solid 4 star place to stay.

We had a wonderful week here! This was a perfect location for us - within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the unit was exceptionally clean. The owners were very responsive and awesome to work with!
