Nothing was too much trouble, and they took care of everything with such warmth and professionalism. They even arranged a late checkout so we could squeeze in a few extra precious hours by the pool — that little gesture made all the difference. And breakfast on the terrace? A highlight of the entire trip. The French toast was, without exaggeration, the best I have ever tasted. Sitting there in the morning sun, looking out over the sea with that on my plate — honestly, perfection. Capri is a special place, but this hotel made it truly unforgettable. We left already talking about when we could come back. If you’re looking for somewhere that combines stunning surroundings, impeccable service, and those little personal touches that make you feel genuinely cared for — look no further. "We loved the hotel, especially the service — we were very well received and felt truly welcomed throughout our stay. The only small issue was the smell in the room, which felt a bit closed up, possibly a slight musty odor, and a bit strong at first. However, we left the balcony door open and it improved."

"We had the ocean suite. It was worth it. Great views of the ocean. Tons of space, two bathrooms and absolute tranquility. The property is beautiful and well kept bye staff is incredibly friendly. The breakfast is great and although the pool was cold it was still tons of fun. Sitting on the lounge chairs having drinks while the kids swam was awesome 100/10"

"Beautiful hotel with superb hosts. Our receptionist was an absolute delight, very friendly and super helpful. Just a shame that we missed out on the centre of Caprì being fully open for the start of the Easter holidays. We had to cut our stay short due to ferry travel disruptions which would have had an impact on our onward travel, however the time we had on the island was really enjoyable. Highlights were the views from Villa Jovis and the Gardens of Augustus. Restaurant Panorama was fantastic. "

"How wonderful it was to open the curtains in the morning and look out and see the sea panorama of Ischia Naples, Mount Vesuvius, Sorrento all in one sweep. That alone was worth staying here, but in addition, the room was comfortable. The facility was clean and charming. Only mention is our room had a tub set up only and was a little slippery tricky to get in and out for a shower. The staff were superb and helpful at every turn. The location is ideal easy to walk to charming ann Capri and the shuttle service and local transport helps with other places. We utilized the convenient the pick up and drop off shuttle service. Eat breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at the restaurant too. The little cave like steam room was so cute. The hotel is well managed, and we hope to return someday."
