This small, reasonably priced and convenient hotel had some of the best staff we have met.
We arrived at Capri Marina in a state of shock when we realised that we had left our passports at the previous hotel which were needed for the next part of our holiday. Sandro, the sympathetic manager immediately made useful suggestions, phoned the previous hotel, with an end result that we had our documents by a free courier the next day. This saved us a precious 6 hours round trip and £130 in costs....

This hotel should be a 4 star... even though this hotel doesn’t have a pool and spa facilities, you CANNOT fault this hotel. It was slap bang in the middle the old town, there was a fantastic restaurant next door as well as a quirky cafe.
The rooms were so modern and ABSOLUTELY spotless. You could literally lick the floor (if you’re into that kind of thing! Lol).
I must say, the mood lighting was my personal favourite. You could turn your room lights from red, to blue, purple etc etc. It...

We stayed here at Villa Yiara for 4 nights. It is a lovely bnb with stunning views of Positano, and such a great price. We had room number 1, with a jet shower (not jacuzzi bath) and a balcony. So pretty, the room is lovely with fresh flowers and super comfy bed.
Every day reception would check with you what time you would like breakfast the following morning, usually by phone. Then they call to check you are ready! Brilliant service. We had breakfast everyday on our balcony. The room has...

Hotel Certosa is a small, traditional family run Italian albergho. It's simple, clean and comfortable. The location is superb - right on the beach at Marina del Cantone. The family have run the place for three generations. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the hotels restaurant has a great chef. It was just what we wanted - good hotel, good service, good value, giving us a complete break, peace and quiet, beautiful views all around, walking, bus service, sea swimming and boating and...

We stayed at the hotel for one night to facilitate a short visit to Positano as part of a longer stay near Paestum further South. We received a lovely welcome from the reception staff which felt friendly and personal Our car was swiftly whisked away for parking at a nearby site and we were shown to two beautiful rooms with gorgeous terraces overlooking the bay. We ate at the restaurant, sitting outside for the glorious view. The food and service were good and reasonably priced for the...

Great facilities, everything seemed very new and clean.
The staff were very accommodating in agreeing to a late check out time for us, and were easy to reach by whatsapp.
The location is also really convenient for the train station, and there is a great restaurant and ice cream bar around the corner. My partner was also able to work using the wifi with no issues.
For breakfast there are a lot of items to pick from, but bear in mind they're mostly quite basic bits from the supermarket. The...

We had a basic room which WAS basic but very clean (basic meaning dated) we stayed 4 days and the room cleaning service was excellent, breakfast was continental, WiFi was a bit hit and miss but okish, no SKY in the basic rooms,, ideally situated for Pompeii as its literally across the road, didn't know until we got there that entry is free every 1st Sunday of the month. I'm glad we didn't pay for a transfer from the airport to the hotel because there's a bus outside the airport (outside...

Absolutely excellent stay in Sorrento - and Maison Bon Bon really made it. Breakfast is excellent/views excellent/very modern and stylist hotel compared to your standard European hotel.
Renato will make your stay. He is really helpful and will go out of his way to make your stay as stress free as possible.
The hotel is located on the hills outside Sorrento town. A taxi will cost around €25 from Maison Bon Bon to Sorrento main square (one way). Maison Bon Bon (Renato) also offers a free...

I was a little worried about booking this at first as it was so new and didn't have many reviews. I need not have worried! This was such a lovely place. Everything is brand new, modern and I loved the art work and theme they use throughout. The room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was amazing. We extended our stay here as we were so happy with everything. Vincenzo was extremely helpful (as were all of the staff). Nothing was too much trouble. The owner was often around...

Hotel lovely, breakfast are fab. Staff really acomodating. I stayed in room 16 which is noisy as it's by reception. I would ask for a roo. On 2.nd floor at the back if you want quiet as rooms overlooking square would be noisy. Definitely go back.

Small family run B&B in quiet suburb of Sorrento but with excellent transport connections via local railway/ bus network.
Comfortable en-suite room and tastefully furnished throughout with character only found in older buildings.
Stayed for a week but on a hectic tourist schedule so really only slept and breakfasted at the hotel, we prefer a quieter less organised life and this suited us.
Breakfast was a combination of cold egg/ ham and local pastries/ cakes - limited choice but ample...

Wonderful, friendly and happy hotel! Very welcoming people, amazing views from the pool and the rooms. The VW beetle which we borrowed was amazing. It is easy to explore Positano from the hotel and the staff explained very well where we should go.

We had a short break of three nights in April ‘22. The place is lovely, the staff friendly and welcoming. We arrived late at night as our flight got in at 10pm, they were very helpful and stayed up to let us into our room.
They don’t speak any English, but we always found a way to make ourselves understood.
The room was a good size, with a view across the Bay of Naples and of Vesuvius. You had to put your head out of the window to see it all, but it was there.
