"One building has no elevators. If you’re on the top floor you walk up three double flights of stairs. The property itself is atop a very steep hill to walk up from the street. The hotel is inaccessible except by walking up these steep hills so you have to call the hotel to have them arrange to follow someone in a small cart to a distant parking lot to bring your bags in at check in, leave your car there and drive back with him up the hills. That being said, if you are fit the view from the adjoining building which does have an elevator is beyond compare. Gorgeous. The room itself was spacious and had everything you might need. Breakfast was hosted by a kind woman. If you are not so fit it’s difficult to leave or arrive at this property. Hope this is helpful."

Dinner was fantastic and very reasonable. The experience was wonderful and I would recommend it for those that want to experience Umbrian life."

Federico was the kindest host & provided us with lots of recommendations for food, shopping, etc. we hosted our wedding here & the property just cannot be captured in a single photo of how truly peaceful & beautiful it is. All of our vendors were amazed that had not been here before and said they wanted to come back. We all had the best accommodation and time here & will definitely stay here again!!! Genuinely made our first time in Italy a truly memorable & captivating experience!"
