Lovely traditional bnb, good location

Wonderful traditional Italian bnb. Ideal location to stop off the A1 on the way south. Excellent signs to locate hotel. Very nice owners. Limited English to match our limited Italian, but we got by. Surrounded by beautiful countryside. Had a nice pool but we didnt use it on our brief stopover. Enjoyed food from pork festival in Narni close by, recommended by owner

Your worst nightmare

I was given a room different from what I booked, to access the room I had to climb a round staircase wide 60cm.the room had basicly no windows under a concrete roof. Walls written by Kids. Terrible experience, stay away!

Siamo stati ospiti presso questa struttura io, mio marito, mio figlio di 12 anni ed un cagnolino....ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale è molto cortese ed ha l'abilità di farti sentire a casa tua. La colazione è abbondante, le stanze pulite e la piscina è il top: in mezzo al verde con un panorama mozzafiato! Ottimo b&b immerso nella quiete del verde circostante ma tutto sommato vicino all'ingresso dell'autostrada, motivo per cui lo abbiamo scelto come tappa lungo il nostro tragitto. Ci si sente a casa, si respira calma e si dorme da dio perche non si sente volare una mosca! La nostra camera ed anche il bagno erano veramente grandi, pulizia eccellente. Colazione ed uso piscina compresi nel prezzo. Visto ciò che ho letto nelle precedenti recensioni specifico che nel nostro caso abbiamo trovato a colazione anche il salato pur non avendone fatto richiesta personalmente. Veramente gradito il fatto di avere a disposizione frigorifero in comune per mettere le proprie cose, frigorifero con bevande fresche da poter prelevare autonomamente e parte del banco colazione a disposizione 24h (biscotti, yogurt, frutta, caffè...). Si comunica poi quanto prelevato al check out. La strada per arrivare potrebbe sembrare difficoltosa per alcuni perche ripida e stretta in alcuni punti ma si percorre agevolmente a mio avviso. Mi sono accorta a posteriori che non è presente la tv in stanza per scelta e bhe, non abbiamo nemmeno pensato di accenderla. Abbiamo cenato con cibo da asporto sotto il porticato e poi fatto una breve passeggiata al tramonto, ci siamo ricaricati di bellezza!

Buona accoglienza personale educato e simpatico. La camera ha un' ottima insonorizzazione ed è ampia così il bagno con una doccia stupenda. Pulizia eccelsa camera calda e confortevole,unica pecca non avere un cuscino in più e la mancanza di una sedia. Colazione semplice ma abbondante con prodotti dolciari realizzati direttamente, veramente ottimi.

Immerso nella natura è un buon b&b, risulta un po scomodo da raggiungere a causa della strada mista asfalto / ghiaia, discreto il personale, mai invadente ma gentile. La nostra stanza presentava il problema dell'entrata a causa della scala a chiocciola, è complicato salire con i bagagli. Buona la colazione, nel complesso merita la piena sufficienza.
