This home has over 2300 sq feet of living area for a very comfortable stay. 3 bedrooms ( King size, Queen and Double), living room, formal dining room, plus additional family room. The owners have a Queen size portable air bed for additional temporary guests if needed. 2 car garage fully available for tenant use. Home is located in SE Cape Coral, just 10 minutes drive from the city of FORT MYERS. A 25 minute drive to Fort Myers Beach. Just minutes to all types of shopping, dining and golf. With a gas BBQ and additional seating and tables down by the pool for outdoor dining, this spacious home boasts a comfortable décor that will have you resting in true FLORIDA style. Fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, new toaster, coffee maker, blender etc. There is an inside laundry room with new washer and dryer. Two televisions with one in the Family Room and one in the Master bedroom. Desk area with Internet connection available, and the phone package has free long distance calling across the continental U.S and Canada.

The house was great, well equiped and in a nice area. TV and internet worked fine. Didn't get to use the pool but sat out by the pool. Thanks, the house was just as advertised.
