"This condo is exactly as described. It is cute, cozy, and, besides being right on the beach, includes so many other awesome amenities!The beds are comfortable & the coffee k-cups are stocked. It includes literally everything you need for the beach and the pool (which is also outside your door!) - chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, & beach bag. The new, full-size washer & dryer was also an incredible bonus.The communication with the owner was top notch. Gretchen texted when we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory and even extended our checkout time as much as possible without an additional fee. This was the best vrbo that we have ever stayed in due in large part to all of the "little things" she does ahead of time. We will be back to Cocoa Beach & we will stay here again!
