"The stay was OK except for the air-conditioning unit is very loud and we did not get a very good sleep when brought to the attention of the reservation desk in the front they just said oh yeah we get that complaint a lot that fell unacceptable to me. A property can be very clean and well-maintained and everybody nice but if you don’t get a good sleep there what good is it?"
