Having travelled a lot for business and pleasure, I have to say this was the best experience ever. Nothing could be faulted . Location, staff and facilities were top notch. The menu was varied even for a veggie like me. And there was even some entertainment every evening

My family and I spent 12 nights here in April 2016 and from the moment we arrived to when we sadly had to leave I knew I had made a great choice to spend a memorable holiday. The staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in rooms 204 and 207, both were first floor rooms and they were very comfortable and spacious adopting a modern open plan layout. One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Perfect for a romantic or relaxed break. Food is excellent - both buffet and a la carte restaurants. Plenty of water sports to do (free of charge) or tours to other areas of the island.

We selected low season and lowest cost option to fit our budget and our stay was above expectation. Our room was large, serviced daily and facilities fully met our needs. Breakfast was included but so was either water skiing, banana boat or glass bottomed boat three days a week. WiFi was available free from reception s well as from a library upstairs. Staff were friendly and polite. I would definitely choose to stay again if our circumstances allowed.

We went for knowing we wanted a lazy holiday. Our aim was to spend as much time on a sun lounger as possible and I think we managed pretty well. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are SO helpful and we possible the best massages in the Spa we've ever had. We explored the 2 towns close to the resort; Port Louis seemed to be more of a day time excursion, the markets are great and its def worth a visit, but beware of getting hassled (its pretty much the opposite of been in the hotel). Incredible service, amazing beach & facilities with great attention to detail. We spent a fantastic week there and barely managed to leave the hotel at all because it was so nice.

The reception staff and bar staff in particular were excellent. Very friendly people who remembered faces and drinks extremely well. The cleaner was very nice and never rushed us out so she could clean the rooms. Overall an excellent experience

Apartment size was very generous - kitchen and equipment were all of good quality - WiFi, Bluetooth speaker and tv etc were more than adequate - beautiful tidy garden and pool and the view over the beach is wonderful - staff could not do enough for us especially Sameer, Nalini and Estelle - thanks to all - only issue we had was that the bed was too hard for us !!

A really gorgeous resort based in the North of the island. I went with my partner for a romantic holiday and it was lovely place to relax and unwind. The team can't do enough for you and really looked after us. Make sure you pay for the All Inclusive package as it's well worth it - aside from the buffet, all restaurants are Ala Carte and although not everything is included without a supplement, we found there was enough to choose from. We go on many holidays a year however this is by far the best hotel service we have ever received. They did so much for us. A little goes a long way. Even the manager came and spoke to everyone individually during dinner - where else do you get that?! Every single member of staff, gave the best service ! They gave us a cake for our anniversary. My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights in December. Excellent service and a great place to relax and have a break. Their top priority is your comfort and the staff are extremely polite and professional and do everything they can to ensure you have a comfortable stay. They do not say no to anything you ask for!! Just perfect. Food is outstanding, service is as good as any hotel we have ever stayed. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous and polite. The setting is magnificent. Superb hotel completely 5 star, lot's of activities and beautiful property. The only drawback is that its far from the city so you need Taxis every time you go out which is bit costly.

Quite location a little far from anywhere but that's good for us. Not crowded, quite exclusive. Good bar close by and three good restaurants owned by the hotel. Excellent staff, really really good. Great selection of water spots free to use (not motorised) good for sailing enthusiasts. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Excellent hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Nothing too much of a problem. Two restaurants The Dining doom serving an rotational buffet which is good but becomes a bit repetitive after 10 days, and The Plantation which is A la Carte and has greater variety and waiter service on the beach for a supplement if on half board.
