"I would not recommend anyone because the room Hibiscus No 15 and 11 were terrible poorly maintained there were lizards everywhere and mosquitoes. We asked for a mosquito diffuser and the receptionist told us they would send one which was in vain as nobody came along. The bedsheet was torn very old and most of all we all didn’t sleep as the bed was not comfortable one could feel the wire spring on our back. "The room was excellent — spacious, beautifully done, with a massive and very comfortable double bed, a lovely balcony, large TVs, and a really nice modern shower. Everything felt well thought out and high quality. The hotel itself is superb. There’s genuinely a lot to do: tennis courts, kids’ club, adult activities, a cinema room, and plenty of space to relax. The beach is absolutely beautiful — calm, clean water and perfect for swimming and relaxing. It’s one of the highlights of the resort. What really makes this hotel stand out, though, is the staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, warm, and genuinely keen to make sure you have a great stay. They consistently went out of their way to help, whether it was the restaurant teams, housekeeping, gardeners — everyone. A special mention to the team at the Blue Bodrum restaurant, particularly Jason, Dergesh, Sita, Lucy, and Vina, who were outstanding and made our meals feel extra special. Overall, this is a very high-quality hotel that deserves its strong reputation. A wonderful holiday, fantastic service, and a place we would happily return to. Highly recommended."
