Me and my wife, we've been to different places in Cap-Haitien. I put Cormier Plage Resort on top. Excellent breakfast daily, sitting on the balcony. The restaurent served excellent food. Don't forget to mention the free pick-up at the airport. We are coming back for the summer.

Just a beach, no resort
The service is here was utterly atrocious. My family and I stayed here for 3 days and did not see one employee smile the entire time. Unfortunately, they are much more concerned with the beach guest visiting for the day from the Royal Caribbean cruise ship then their actual hotel guests. One night we sat in the restaurant and after 20 minutes my wife finally went to the bar to try and order food because we had yet to be waited on. The bar tender took our order to the cook and the cooks exact words were "I'm too busy, I can't serve them." ARE YOU KIDDING ME! You cant serve the guest that paid to stay at the hotel??? Plus one night they had a DJ that blared music from 10pm all the way until 7am. What kind of normal functioning hotel does this? This is just a beach, the resort has died a lomg time ago.

Sorry for your bad experience, fortunately no luck. This sort of comment did not happen since terrible Covid time. You post it already on Google. I am available 24/7 and will do anything to make your stay better. Really sorry.

The staff was excellent. The room needs an update. Being on the beach is a bonus, but the room and bathroom were horrible.

Thank you for the good comment and sorry for room and bathroom. We are in the process of updating our rooms and bathrooms. Last four years with Covid and Haitì bad press we have difficulties to invest. Now is a better time we start to improve our offerings.

Beautiful grounds and gardens, exceptional beach, and attentive and courteous staff. The owner/manager was accommodating, there was excellent Haitian artwork throughout the property, and there was a great restaurant serving local organic produce; the pork was delicious.

There is no electricity during day time and it’s affects those who are using laptops and iPads. They could have charged $10 more per day and provide electricity to the customers. The hotel is by the beach but no screen when one opens the door. But it’s a good spot for those who enjoy nature.

If, I were to take the time to explain the uniqueness of Cormier Hotel,I really wouldn't have enough room for me to write about how wonderful it was during my stayed in Cormier hotel. Overall, my experiences with the very top hotel's officials such as management, the chefs,waiters and waitres bartenders as well as the tight securities not to mentioned the wonderful work of the housekeepers were really unforgettable. What droves me even more crazier, I was staying in a very clean environment. To be honest, it was always a pleasure hearing every early morning the sound of the blooms when the cleaners cleaning the yard. Most of all, I thank the entire staff for making my staying there the greatest experience in the history of my traveling experience ever. Once again. I thank each and everyone in the management team at Cormier hotel, I will return again very soon!

Great Stay
Amazing stay.... The young lady at the front desk(Sam)for short help me out a few times during my stay. Jr, and all of those guys kept it cool, kept them coming, but also assisted me with question I may have, and gave me history on the country.. the housekeeping lady, even though I didn't need room turn down everyday, did amazing job, beach was clean, room was clean, and most important the driver who got me back and forth safe to the airport.. Will def stay again..

It is a nice property, but it needs renovation. The ocean is amazing. The food, the electricity were limited, maybe due to the current situation in the country. Too much flies around the facility. Great staff. Despite of all the inconvenient, I enjoyed the bar, the acra and the ocean.

My most favorites are: The white sand beach, that have a soft gentle waves,the depth of the ocean, it's low enough that it is safe for children to enjoy it as well. But, of course, with adults supervision. The water 80° temperatures of the ocean before noon. I love hearing birds singing in n the morning, when I wake up. "What a delightful experience, for someone like myself living in the Jungle of (NYC" lol)... Front desk host Emmanuel is a rare find in customer service. He takes actions, he is reliable, and very polite The (MOD) Anston delivered a great customer concerns into actions services that brings satisfactory solutions to his guess. (The worse at this place is the foods) This hotel need desperately to hire a real "Chef" Sometimes I know, it's probably not the Chef. , This might come from the person that is responsible for budgeting the foods for the kitchen. I know this, because I was a Chef as well. Guess like myself, that are prescatarian, or vegetarian, They don't provide no seafoods at all, no greens, except for some lousy iceberg lettuce, and tomatoes. (Really?)... I had spending, over my budgets, in this trip, so I won't starve.

thank you for the nice comments very sorry for not meeting your expectation in the restaurant. Sea food is our specialty we have a great reputation. the only time we don't have seafood is when weather is bad for 2 weeks. Vegetable are coming from Dominican Republic, some trouble last year.

I spent a few days at Comier Beach Resort. It was the perfect getaway. The staff was so friendly. They provided transportation from and to the airport. The food and drinks were delicious. That Comier Punch was everything. I saw a few reviews people complaining about the power being off from 8 to 5:30pm. Honestly I didn’t even miss it. I spent the day on the beach soaking up every minute just AMAZING!! Who needs power when you this wonderful beach right there. It was 💯 a vibe. Definitely coming back.

The situation is beautiful . The hotel is right on a spectacular beach and all you can hear at night are the waves crashed onto the shore. The surrounding gardens are also beautiful and very well kept. A haben of tranquility..The whole property is in need of renovation but the rooms are fairly clean and comfortable.

Great beach. Very isolated which is nice if that is what you want. Place has not had any improvements and electricity, plumbing, etc is broken down.

For sure we have our lot of difficulties but our maintenance crew is available 24/7 and problems are solved with rapidity. Nothing is simple now with inflation and instability. But our commitment to your confort is strong and efficient.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. They sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. By the time we landed they were already here waiting on us. The staff was very considerate, the food was unbelievable and the view is unbeatable. Did I mention how affordable everything was? I will definitely come back
