"I original booked for 2 nights ,but my plan changed in last minus.So I asked if I could leave a small luggage behind , so that I can travel bit lighter, and promised pick up 2 days later, they refused and asked me to pay a huge amount of money to help me which is $1000 twd a day for storage , and not even wanted to try a solution for me. Next day, when I checked out I asked again if could do so, the staffs said OK , I returned to my room right away to rearrange my luggage's, BUT when I went...

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Splendor and would stay again. The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. It's also a short walk to the botanical gardens. Our room was very clean. It's an older hotel so a bit shabby in places. Scuff marks on the walls for example. Also the beds are very hard, but I was told this is typical in that area. Overall a lovely stay though."
