Room is well organized , good bath tub , excellent towels but you better bringing your own toothbrush, shaving kits … etc . It’s understandable for environmental concern but charging you extra $200 NTD is ridiculous , most other less expensive hotels are free if you ask . Another strange management issue is no express checking out line . Everybody waiting on a long line to check out during noon time . For what ? Wasting employees and customer’s time . It’s one of the most expensive hotel in Taichung why let those small issues ruin customer’s feeling . At Ritz Carlton , Peninsula and many lesser hotels you can just throw room key at designated area or box and walk out giving customers a flowing and flawless feeling . They already get your credit card , so for what . Food is excellent with good quality and choice but sitting is bit cramped .
