Was worried about the road noise as it was quite close to major roads, but at night I had no issue falling asleep. Front desk helped me when I had an issue. Bell hop also very friendly. Parking garage is tight but not out of the ordinary in Taiwan. Breakfast was excellent, it really jump started my day with plenty of protein, veggies/fruits, and beverages. The room smells a bit like cigarette smoke, but after a while of running the AC, it mostly went unnoticeable. Everything was good, except I thought with the scale of this hotel, they would provide turn down service but they didn't know what that was. I have stayed here for many times. This time (Dec 2024), the toiletries need to request from housekeeping and not in the hotel room. A bit inconvenient.
