The bed was very comfy that gave us a relaxing stay. It also provided free breakfast that offered many choices. The staff were very friendly and polite. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet (Chinese food, fruits, pastries) and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The smart TV allows you to cast if you have streaming services overseas. Loved all the free snacks. Rooms were clean and the design was great. We only stayed one night and did realize as we got ready in the morning, it smelled like garlic (not sure how close our room was to the restaurant!) but just something to potentially keep in mind. I like the breakfast selection they have to offer. Also use the spa service 2 nights in a row. My only complaint was the smell of smoking probably from other guests smoking in the washroom. Saw a notice in the elevator some guests are probably doing that. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. At an unbelievable discounted price, it was really a superb stay. If anything to comment, it would be that the hotel is a mixed development among a commercial building. The location does not provide any interesting things to see or eat around. The cleanliness of the carpark and surrounding was very different from the room. Also the staff emphasized that to avoid blockage of the toilet, all toilet paper used should be thrown into the bin instead of directly into the toilet. Honestly I could not imagine and follow this for hygienic reasons. Odd set up. Check in is for two hotels and only the other ’Autumn Willow’ has air-conditioned (A/C) lobby lift access. Our hotel, has long walk to back of building in no A/C to rear lift, share with rest of building - lift very slow and also no A/C.
