Stunning view of the Sun Moon Lake on our room balcony. The facilities and amenities are a bit out-dated, such as no Bluetooth connectivity for in-room stereo, but are well maintained. The areas outside of the hotel are neglected, particularly the path along the lake, and the pier. Infinity pool and the tea pavilions are superb. All-in-all, a very pleasant stay.

Service staff are above and beyond in making sure we feel welcomed and at home. The entire hotel feels semi-outdoor with tons of open walls and huge windows. Despite this unique environmental set up, the hotel remained super clean and well maintained. Impressive. Room is clean and the belcony is truly one of its kind.
