Next day, when I checked out I asked again if could do so, the staffs said OK , I returned to my room right away to rearrange my luggage's, BUT when I went back to my handed it over, they said NO again because the manager not allowed!! What? I was very upset about it. It wasted my time dued to unprofessional decision they made.
