"Came to the area to see the solar eclipse, and decided to stay at this property on Cedar Creek Lake. The house was a perfect fit for the four of us adults and two small dogs. The big back porch has an amazing lake view, and the location—only an hour from Dallas—enabled us to enjoy lake life and go into town when we wanted to. The house was clean and comfortable, and the host made sure our experience was memorable. A great stay!"

"Booked this for the weekend of my daughter's wedding at The Establishment Barn. It was 20 min away and perfect! The house is gorgeous! 15 adults slept beautifully. Hot tub was a fun outdoor spot! Huge fridge (plus one in garage) for leftover wedding food. Plenty of bathrooms! Wish we could've stayed longer!"

"Property was nice, right on the lake. We didn’t fish but it would obviously be an awesome location for fishing with a dock and covered boat slip. We enjoyed watching a variety of birds and squirrels in the backyard. The house was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to others. The location was close to restaurants and stores."

"We had several bad storms come through during our stay and we were so happy to be able to use the boat lift instead of having to load and unload the boat every day. The owner was available when I reached out and allowed us to check in an hour early. We also caught some nice fish right under the boat lift when the lake was too rough to go out in the boat. Beautiful sunsets!"

Comfortable beds and Keurig for morning coffee made everything convenient. Rebekah was easy to communicate with and a wonderful Host. Would definitely stay again."
