Excellent hotel, very nice rooms and facilities.

Excelente lugar lo único malo fue el tiempo que decidimos quedarnos te quedas con ganas de más tiempo ahí la atención el personal súper atento y al pendiente el lugar está hermoso excelente para relajamiento y si te gusta la corona como a mí este es el paraíso súper recomendado el cuarto otro paraíso aparte súper limpio con todo lo que necesitas y más

I only speak English, but I didn't need my translation device because they had enough staff that spoke English. The bar drinks, especially the rum infused fruit, were very delicious. The breakfast was acceptable, but 2-5 minute walk was a great cafe. When I was shown my room, it wasn't quite ready. Towels were missing and there was a few bottles of pop missing in the fridge (I noticed that after room service cleaning staff had come in my room). The mini fridge drinks and snacks you pay extra for, so I just went across the street to the pharmacy to get water and snacks. The Pharmacy also has alcohol. The pool is small, just a plunge pool, but it was nice and clean. The location is superb; for shopping and dining. The evening noise was loud, but stopped after midnight. My room had windows that looked out to a wall, (why bother putting them in). I didn't use the TV. The air conditioning and fan, were a bit loud, but I liked it, because then the night sounds were drowned out. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillow options. The staff both in the cafe/bar area and front of house/reception were friendly and exceptional with their service. I recommend staying at this boutique hotel and definitely would stay there again, when visiting Cartagena, Colombia.

I was a bit hesitant to book based on previous reviews, but for us this place was perfect. We had no issue with communication- we had one question and they responded within 5 minutes. It is a very large apartment with two bedrooms and large kitchen so was perfect for travelling with two teens. It had air conditioning and was very quiet and felt secure. The two pools were warm and nice to swim and relax by. Everything is a close walk away.

This is a truly unique hotel, an eclectic mix of art, modern decor and history. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The downsides: the room and hotel in general needs to be cleaner. There was dust on some sofas etc. The rooftop has a nice enough view but the pools are more like a bathtub size. The food at the restaurant Doña Lola was delicious and the hotel is in the heart of lively and artsy neighbourhood of Getsemaní.
