Everyone was genuinely kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and everything worked perfectly from the amenities to the overall setup. The location was also amazing, close to everything and perfect for enjoying Cannes without stress. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. "The property doesn’t look like the pictures, especially the outside. There are stairs into the hotel which is a side entrance so you have to lug your suitcase up and down. Feels very out dated and on the other side of the bridge. For less you can be in the city centre and have the same quality hotel. Rooms are big but not sure if it’s worth it for the extra charge per night. "
