About 15 min from the airport if you book private shuttle, to enter the hotel is like a 10 minute ride through mangroves but very peaceful. The food was very good, so many options and unlimited amounts of food. The room was very clean and they kept it clean everyday. Room service was pretty good for such a huge resort and the amount of people checked in. The lobby was super chill and had so much room to sit and have a few drinks which were DELICIOUS. The pool was very nice and the churrería behind the pool was a hit with the kids and us…ice cream, donuts, cake slices and churros. The best part of it was the service. The people working were always so courteous. Be kind when you visit! They work very hard. We really enjoyed the all-inclusive benefits and the Expedia VIP perks put it over the top. Food quality and selection was solid, and for a family with kids the buffet and snack bars are clutch. Seemed like there was also a daily surprise cookout almost every day with something delicious. We also enjoyed the daily activities, particularly the water aerobics with Israel and Ruben. We only went to one evening show, but we found it entertaining. It was clear that the staff care and put effort into making the experience enjoyable for guests. The beach was very nice and the ocean was the most spectacular color I’ve ever seen. We would be very happy to have an opportunity to stay here again."
