"The first front desk agent was not welcoming or friendly. The one that assisted me was nice but there was no review of wifi, restaurants, amenities, or check out time.
Room was dated, and uncomfortable. You could hear everything from halls and rooms.
They need to renovate this one felt like dorm rooms. "

"The staff is super friendly. The neoghborhood is amazing. There is a great community feeling here and all the restaurants are delicious and fun people. I love a firm mattress and I was not disappointed, I had the best night sleep. Rome is a great place to visit."

"The staff here was great! Breakfast had spot of options and some of the BEST tomatoes I’ve tasted in my life. My only issue was the AC in my room. It never seemed to get cool. They sent someone up to look at it & he told me being that the room was large, that’s why it couldn’t get cool. But I also feel like all of Rome doesn’t really have good AC. Other than that, 10 out of 10 for this hotel! "
"The room we stayed in was spacious,cean and beds super comfy.The train is literally just around the corner,less than 5 min walk.Breakfast was excellent 👌 and we also had a dinner twice at the hotel and it was superb .A big plus is the pool.Definitelly coming back x"
"Bed was very comfy and AC was good. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, but we knew upon booking that wasn’t the case. Although some reviews complain about the street, we felt very safe and thought it was in a walkable and convenient neighborhood. The hotel outdoor bar is nice as well. "

Felt safe in the hotel. Only drawback is the area around the hotel is not nice so we usually took taxis. However I recommend this hotel."
