My issue is I was charged 3x with a hold on my card of close to 3,800 and nobody could fix it. My bank saw as a pending item and could not dispute until it was actually completed. The hotel and staff said it was NOTHING they could do. It was their error. They only gave us 1 free breakfast and 1 free dinner. They really should have compensated us being that the pending hold prevented us from doing some planned things during our 5 day stay. Smh. The pending charge did not lift off the card until 7 days later 7, how crazy is that!!! Also they have sign posted that on Friday there was live entertainment that did not happen. Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances.
