"My friend and I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. Situated in a quiet residential complex only five minutes walk from the most amazing small beach resort Cala Vadella. Get there before 10am to secure sunbeds or take a towel and umbrella and set up on the sand. I can recommend the Vadella Beachbar for lunch and Pizzeria Bon Sol for a relaxed evening with great service and fresh pizza/pasta. The walk to the beach is partially via quite a steep hill however it is a very quiet one-way road and no steep steps to climb, it really is worth the effort and only takes 10 minutes back up if you want to take it easy. The apartment itself has everything you need, both double rooms have their own bathrooms. No issues with air con. The outside terrace is spacious and comfortable with a breathtaking view of the bay and sunset. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need if you want to spend the evening on the terrace with some home-made food.We did not hire a car and relied on taxis. I would recommend downloading the TaxiClick app and ordering your taxis via that. Hiring a car would be advantageous but not essential. The host Edith was very responsive, helpful and friendly, no issues checking in and out. We will definitely be returning next year!"

"Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable dans la maison de Bart. L'emplacement un peu isolé nous a convenu à merveille pour profiter de la tranquillité de l'endroit. Mais tout est très facilement accessible en voiture, les belles plages, les villes et villages. Tout s'est bien déroulé pour trouver la maison, les enfants ont encore profité de la piscine même si elle n'était plus très chaude et les chats et le chien de la maison nous ont rendu de fréquentes visites! Un endroit à recommander!"

"Very well located, property is well locked after and matches description, youll find all you need to have a few days off with ease and confort. The owner is very conunicative and caring being flexible and accomodating your needs as possible. Parking in the area can complicated at some times.. the area is great, quete than other busier places in Ibiza, the view and water at the bay are stupendous, with great sunset views. "Our stay with Luana was magical!! It was in the perfect location for our trip. I was with a friend and her 18 year old daughter and friend who wanted to celebrate with concerts and dancing. We were a 10 min ride away from the action. Luana also offered car service and happened to always be ready for when we needed her. We felt super safe for the girls. Luana also recommended great restaurants and knows everyone!! The girls were able to get on guestlists and we enjoyed some quiter areas. The trip was wonderful but even better because of Luana! It was like we were visiting family. We will be back soon!!"
